RIP my little Ica I live in Glossop, nr Manchester My name is Tracey	hello everyone i was after some advice - over the Christmas holidays i have been spending quite a lot of time with Sid and Nancy, my Lovebirds and i noticed that Nancy has increasingly large bald patches under her wings. I think Sid is over preening her. Any suggestions? :question:

I always thought this was normal. Usually when my birds have over-preened each other, it's on their head. Are there any other areas that look preened or plucked? I know it would be hard to get a pic of their armpits!! It would be good if you could though. :)

Meyers parrot, Gcc ,blue fischer lovebird,2 fischer lovebirds,2 mountain parakeet,2 budgies I live in York My name is Jacqueline ( jackie for short)	I have looked under Gizmo's and she seems to have some small bald patches under her wings as well, but i agree with the other if you are concerned just keep a eye on them preening each other. :)

I can't check them that often because a) i have to go to work and b) they spend quite a lot of time in their furry tent, then i can't see what they get up to. Does anyone think there could be another reason why she has got so fewer feathers than him?
