Vets are very expensive, more so than my doctor eek :question:

your telling me, if this isnt it then i dunno what we'l do. but i think his left foot seems a little stronger this morning.after the fun filled task of giving him calcium. and hes got millet in his cage, which is high in calcium apparently. but his right foot is still no improvement.

i suppose over night is abit of miracle isnt it? lol.
give it a couple more days.

What kind of light does he get in the home? Birds require a certain amount of UV (can't remember if it's UVA or UVB) to absorb calcium into their system. There's a thread here somewhere that talks about this. Sorry I don't have the link but maybe someone else does or you can search the forums.

he doesnt have any heat lamps or anything like that. he does alot of sunbathing. it was sunny over the weekend and he really enjoyed it. usually sunbathes in the window too. apart from when the english weather is being its usual crap self.

everything seems to add up to calcium deficiency...
