Last night it was warm in the house so I turned on the ceiling fan in the family room…OMG…poor little Cricket! :o He wanted to jump out of his feathers! At first he kept looking up at it and backing himself in the corner of his cage, then he got a little bit braver and started chirping at it. Well, after a couple hours of this he finally calmed down and was back to normal..lol!

actually when I had beans out of the cage downstairs it was really hot. so my mom had the ceiling fan running in his room, when I went to put him back in the room, he flew off as soon as he saw it.

They are quite scary to little birds but like Gail my big birds don't fear them at all.

I thought about that too! But Snickers and Buster drop like rocks and Cricket can't get up that high...so no worries here on that count!

We will let Laura worry about this one! rofl2

Does someone need my excessive worrying skills? :D

We have a ceiling fan that scares the cen1 out of BooBoo. She keeps ducking like there's some huge hawk flying over head that she's trying to avoid!

Believe it or not, I don't worry because her wings are clipped and she can't get up that high. Now, if they weren't clipped, I'd be worrying big time!!
